Next course in sean-nós singing (as Gaeilge) starts Tuesday 13 January 2026 and finishes end of April.

Please take special note that this next term will be a little different in that I’ll be away for 5 weeks mid Feb - mid March and not teaching those weeks, so there’ll be a break in the middle of the courses. Please ensure you are ok with this (dates below) before booking your place.

All welcome on this fun, engaging & informative, in person & online course where you'll be singing songs like Eileanóir na Rún, Thugamar féin an samhradh linn, Curachaí na Trá Báine & more of the most beautiful songs from our sean-nós tradition over the 11 week course.

Fluency in Irish is certainly helpful, but not essential. Pronunciation, meaning & background of songs are covered. You will receive weekly tuition in the group class where you can sing along to my call & answer method of teaching in the comfort & privacy of your own home. And you'll receive weekly emails with recordings for you to learn the song during the week, lyrics & versions that might be of interest from other singers.
