Join our experienced sailing instructor to learn to sail, make new friends and join other social activities with SEAS Morris. Learn easy sailing with a single-sail boat during two class room and two at Budd Lake water sessions. Understand how a single sail boat works with experienced, SEAS Morris certified instructors. Learn and practice your new found skills on the 14ft 9” Aqua Finn Daysailer. The Basic Sailing Class will teach you winds, knots, optimal sail positions, components of the boat, rigging the full sailboat, water safety procedures, rights on water ways, reading the weather.
A one year SEAS membership is included with the purchase of the class.
First 2 classes are on Zoom, followed by 2 full days of sailing on Budd Lake.
