Adults and Teens, welcome! Get ready to transform your evenings, and your life! Our dance classes are your passport to an exciting social life! You'll dance with different partners in every lesson, making it easy and fun to meet new people.
Adults and teens can take a variety of classes to have fun, get fit, and meet like-minded people who share your enthusiasm for life! You'll learn to dance, and you'll connect with new people every lesson by dancing with different partners every lesson. So get and stay fit while having fun, making new friends, and building your social circle.
Dancing is a breeze at Seaside Dance Studio. So please come join us!
Attendees under the age of 18 must have a guardian with them.

K-Pop Dance Class. Adult Class.
US1 and Prima Vista Blvd, Port St Lucie, FL, US## K-Pop Saturday: 8-Week Conditioning & Choreography Series
Starting Saturday, April 4, we are launching a brand-new, 8-week progressive series dedicated to the music and movement of K-Pop.
These classes are designed for ages 15 and up. We’ve created a supportive environment where you can learn fun, cute routines and build the skills to perform them with confidence. We also have classes for younger students, which you can find on our website seasidedancestudio.com.### The 8-Week Journey (Join one or both!):
- 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: K-Pop Conditioning (8-Week Series) Build your foundation with Luna! This series is all about the fun of getting into "idol shape." Over eight weeks, we’ll progressively work on the flexibility, core strength, and distinct fundamentals needed for the K-Pop Beginner dance class.
- 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: K-Pop Beginner (8-Week Series) This is where the music comes to life! We’ll break down cute and catchy choreography week-by-week. Because it’s a progressive series, we’ll start with the basics and layer on the styling as we go. No prior dance experience is needed—we’ll grow together!
Enrollment Options: Students can begin enrollment in the Conditioning series to build their physical technique, or take both concurrently to get the full experience—building the strength at 3:00 PM and applying it to the choreography at 4:00 PM.
