45-Minute Vinyasa Yoga Vinyasa, meaning “to place in a special way,” is a dynamic practice that links breath with movement to create a flowing, rhythmic sequence. In this 45-minute class, you’ll move like water through a thoughtfully crafted flow designed to build strength, flexibility, and inner focus. Expect a deep exploration of postures—ranging from standing poses to arm balances, backbends, and gentle inversions—guided by your breath and steady awareness. This practice encourages you to release surface tension and cultivate a sense of inner stillness, clarity, and calm. Perfect for practitioners with a strong baseline of fitness, this class welcomes both seasoned yogis and beginners looking to deepen their practice in a supportive, energizing environment.

Anastasiia Kravchynska, E-RYT 500, YACEP, C-IAYT, is a passionate yoga teacher and yoga therapist with a deep commitment to making yoga accessible to everyone—regardless of gender, ability, body type, background, or experience. Her teaching methodology is rooted in the belief that yoga is a practice for all, and she welcomes individuals from all walks of life with open arms. Her teaching style is characterized by three core values: inquiry, safety, and quality. She creates a safe and compassionate space where students can explore their bodies and needs without feeling obligated or judged. She aims to guide you in reconnecting with your body, empowering you to reclaim it and listen to its unique needs. Anastasiia meets people where they are and always provides options. She believes that growth in yoga doesn’t mean achieving a deeper pose, but cultivating a deeper connection with oneself.
