This is a space for credentialed coaches and service providers with five or more years of experience who are still actively building, evolving, and refining their craft. Who are tired of being the most experienced person in the room. Who crave honest, high level conversation with peers who truly understand the depth and complexity of this work.

The Seasoned Certified Coaches Mastermind is starting out as a free, intimate, peer led community built around three things. Professional growth. Honest conversation. And collective wisdom.

What we do together:

• Peer discussion where members bring real client cases anonymously and ethically for group reflection, insight, and support
• Hot seat sessions where one member brings a current challenge and the group thinks through it together
• "What is working" rounds where everyone shares one insight, strategy, or shift that is moving the needle in their business or practice
• A space to practice and explore new coaching techniques with peers who can give informed and experienced feedback
• Open exchange around offers, messaging, visibility, and strategy
• Cross collaboration and cross promotion among members

Who this is for:
Coaches credentialed by a recognized body such as ICF, AC, or equivalent with five or more years of active experience. This is a professional space and credentialing is required for entry.

How it works:
We meet monthly on Zoom. Sessions are peer led, meaning members are welcome to step up and host. Every voice in the room carries equal weight.
Cases shared in peer discussion are always kept anonymous and handled with the highest ethical standards.

About the founder:
I am Preeti Mistry, an JSCS and Heart Coach certified coach and AC accredited coach as well as founder of Best Self Forward LLC. I created this circle because coaching can be a lonely journey and we need each other to thrive.
If you are building something meaningful and you are ready to surround yourself with others doing the same, you have found your mastermind.

Most of these sessions will be virtual so anyone can join from anywhere. We we also consider in person meetup for those in the Long Island /NYC area.
