Lean Coffee™ is a weekly conversation group, which digs into ‘Lean methodology’ (all iterations) and how we put it into practice.

Lean Coffee™ works because it provides people with a place where they know their judgement matters. Participants are respected as people who do the right thing, and as professionals who do great work. The framework encourages engagement, focus, efficiency, egalitarian, and clarity. Lean Coffee™ is structured so the group prioritizes topics and ideas that important to them. This self-created agenda and discipline to civility has a powerful impact on those who attend.

Participants gather, build an agenda, and begin timeboxed discussions. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting is generated by those who show up. The format is both easy to follow and effective.
