SeaSPIN - Next Directions

SeaSPIN needs your help. After years as a voice of software process improvement, we need new leadership, a new meeting space and sponsors. You can help guide this by meeting with us Wednesday, October 2nd at the Seattle Lean Coffee. The meeting will be held in the standard Lean Coffee format, as will the location (kakao, 415 Westlake Ave. N., Seattle).

Some suggested discussion points:

. Meeting format - dinner, lunch, on line, etc.
. Location of meetings
. Sponsors
. Communications - web site, Meetup, email, etc.

If you can't attend please share your thoughts (seaspin@dsbarnes.com). The ideas that come out of these discussions will be sent to the membership list and posted on line at the organization's web site (seaspin.org).
