Open practice with Seattle Kokikai Aikido

If you're new to Aikido, come learn about the art. If you're already a current or past aikidoka from any style, come share a practice with us and build friendships in the Aikido community!

Kokikai Aikido is a modern martial art that allows for self defense without escalating violence or conflict. Training is cooperative in partners or groups. There is no competition. We emphasize foundational principles of mind and body coordination.
