For our inaugural session, we are exploring the concept of "The Vessel" based on Rick Rubin’s The Creative Act: A Way of Being.

The Prep: Please read the first ~50 pages of the book (or listen to Rubin's interview on the Huberman Lab or Creative Codex podcast). You don't need to be an expert, just come prepared to discuss the idea of creativity as a signal we receive rather than something we force.
