For our inaugural session, we are exploring the concept of "The Vessel" based on Rick Rubin’s The Creative Act: A Way of Being.
The Prep: Please read the first ~50 pages of the book (or listen to Rubin's interview on the *Huberman Lab). You don't need to be an expert, just come prepared to discuss the idea of creativity as a signal we receive rather than something we force.
