Matt is a Product Manager with 5+ years of experience in shipping product with experience in telecomms, SaaS, financial, retail and eCommerce. He is currently working at Atlassian to improve how customers use, navigate and find things within the suite of Jira Cloud products. His expertise includes, design thinking, business strategy, data analysis, and the implementation of agile methodologies.

Outside of work, you can find her doing functional fitness, hiking the wilderness of the PNW, exploring caves around the country as part of the National Speleological Society, at home with a good book, or dining with friends.
Nicholette has a Boston Terrier named Piglet that she argues is possibly the cutest dog on the West Coast.
