Reporting on Jira data used to be difficult, but now it's easy! The best reports are the ones everyone can make, use, edit and share. Tom Harris of Old Street Solutions will share how everyone, from the non-technical to the advanced power users, can make useful reports on work happening in Jira. Please bring along your questions about which reports would benefit your team, and which data you'd like to report on.

Nicholette Daniel, Sr. Program Manager

Nicholette is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 14 years of experience managing the design and development of digital products and programs. She is originally from Atlanta, and moved to Seattle in 2015.

The things that interest Nicholette the most during 9-5 include continuous improvement of processes that make teams efficient and happy, end-user research, and the art and science behind what turns great ideas into incredible products that delight users and achieve business needs.

Outside of work, you can find her doing functional fitness, hiking the wilderness of the PNW, exploring caves around the country as part of the National Speleological Society, at home with a good book, or dining with friends... albeit at a distance.

Nicholette has a Boston Terrier named Piglet that she argues is possibly the cutest dog on the West Coast.

Certifications: PMP, PMI Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Scrum Alliance Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), Scrum.org
