Team Wikispeed has developed a process for development that has enabled them to be successful. Their secret is a hybrid blend of agile software development practices with lean manufacturing methods. Passion plays into it too.

Join us for our next meetup where we pair up with the Wikispeed team to learn and the apply what they teach us. It’ll be a little bit Fusion, but a lot more raw methods to innovate.

Here’s the Agenda:

1. Quick intro and explain the basic game plan. Look into the backlog of tasks to be done.

2. Team up into five person scrum teams.

3. 2-3 x 30 minute design sprints. Check in with the group periodically.

4. Wrap up recap. Optional chance to collapse from exhaustion!
