About us

New to pickleball? You're in the right place. Green Lake Pickleball in Seattle WA is an informal group of players who gather for drop-in play. Every week, courts at are dedicated for beginner and intermediate players to learn and play in a friendly, low-pressure environment.

Tuesday evenings from 5:00pm to 8:30pm
Thursday afternoons from 11:00am to 2:00pm
Sunday mornings from 9:00am to 12:00pm, with free coffee & donuts

Free for everyone. Pickleball Ambassadors are available to teach basic rules, scoring, and court etiquette. No experience needed. Drop in by yourself, or with friends. Everyone is welcome. Let's go play!

'Pickleball For All' is taking over the streets near the Amazon Spheres on August 29–30, with something for everyone, including free beginner clinics, 1:1 coaching, free parking at the Amazon Doppler garage, and family-friendly activities. Free drop-in play, all day.

They are also giving away FREE pickleball paddles! 🏓

New to pickleball? Pre-register and get a free paddle to keep.
Already have a paddle? Grab a free one anyway, then donate it to Green Lake! 🙏 We're looking for better loaner paddles to share with the many new players joining our Beginner Courts.

Green Lake Pickleball is hosting FREE Beginner Welcome Courts. Every Tuesday from 5:00pm to 8:30pm, and every Thursday from 11:00am to 2:00pm, courts at Green Lake are dedicated for beginner and intermediate players to learn and play in a friendly, low-pressure environment.

No experience needed.

Drop in by yourself, or with friends.

Wear comfortable shoes and athletic clothing. Bring water and sunscreen.

Everyone is welcome.

Wanna get some practice in? Wake up! Early birds, please join us at Green Lake to play beginner & intermediate pickleball!

This is a standing weekday morning open (no instruction provided) casual play Meetup at Green Lake through the end of August. Arrive anytime between 7:00am and 9:00am. Look for people wearing name tags.

Courts are usually not busy in the mornings, and the summer weather is sublime. Stop by for a quick game if you can! 💪🏓
