Sunset & SUP: Paddleboards and Kayaks

Let's swap our pickleball paddles for paddleboards. This Sunday, we'll move off the courts and onto the lake.
Join us for a relaxed evening of paddling on the water at Green Lake. We'll float together, share some snacks, and enjoy watching the sunset. Bring your stand-up paddleboard (SUP), kayak, inflatable, or whatever you like to float on.
Schedule
- 5:30pm - Arrival: Meet at Green Lake East parking lot, near the pickleball courts, to pump up boards and prepare.
- 6:00pm - Launch: Leave from the Boathouse dock area as a group
- 7:45pm - Return: Begin paddling back as the sun sets
What to Bring
- Paddleboard/kayak, paddles, and pumps. Please wear a life jacket or PFD, especially if you are not a strong swimmer.
- Need equipment? Green Lake Boathouse rents paddleboards & kayaks for $28/hr, and we'll return before 8:00pm.
- Water bottle, lightweight layers, towel, dry bag (for keys & phones), snacks & drinks

- Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own safety, health, and gear. You must evaluate weather and water conditions, know your own swimming and paddling limits, and supply your own properly fitted Personal Flotation Device (PFD/life jacket) and leash as required by law.
- Release and Waiver: You release and hold harmless the organizer(s), assistant organizers, and group members from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising out of or in connection with your participation in this event.
