Take 45 minutes mid-week to relax and reset. We’ll do easy breathwork and a short guided meditation to let go of stress and feel calm. No experience needed—just show up as you are.
At the end of our each sessions, for the participants who wish to explore more we offer a chance to sign up for an optional 3-day paid breath-work and meditation workshop as well.
