Come find out answers to all these questions at our Meditation Made Easy session!
The session would be 60 minutes long with 20-25 minutes of breath-work and meditation. You’ll learn simple, effective techniques rooted in Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s wisdom. You’ll experience how breath and awareness can instantly shift stress into peace.
