Motherhood is full, and so are our weeks. This gentle meditation circle is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reset before the weekend begins.

Join us on Friday at 2:00 PM for a calming, guided meditation designed especially for moms with flexible schedules. We’ll release the week, settle the nervous system, and create space to step into the weekend feeling more grounded and present.

What to expect:

  • Light stretching and movement
  • Breathing techniques and a simple, guided meditation (no experience needed)
  • Gentle relaxation and grounding
  • A small, supportive circle
  • Optional sharing

Great for: stay-at-home moms, caregivers, and moms with kids in school or napping.
