So many times our mind gets occupied by thoughts and emotions that bother us from time to time. We just want to let them go but it seems so difficult to move through them.
Come and learn the subtle art of letting go through our session!

The session would be 75 minutes long with 20-25 minutes of breath-work and meditation. At the end of our session, for the participants who wish to explore more we also offer a chance to sign up for an optional 3-day paid breath-work and meditation workshop.
