Experience the power of sound. Join Art of Living Seattle and University Heights for an evening of Kirtan—an ancient meditative practice that uses sacred music and Sanskrit chants to quiet the mind and open the heart.

  • The Flow: Simple call-and-response chanting followed by deep, silent meditation.
  • The Goal: To reach Laya Samadhi—a state of total mental absorption and joy.
  • The Vibe: Relaxed, community-focused, and restorative.

No musical background is necessary. Just bring your presence (and maybe a friend). Let’s find some stillness in the heart of the city.
When: Friday, August 14th, 2026 from 6:30-7:45pm PT
Where: UHeights Center, Room 104

Open to all! No prior meditation experience needed.
