An hour to actually reset! Friday Reset Circle is an in-person gathering for people who want to close out the week with their nervous system with some breathwork & meditation.

Who this is for:

  • Anyone curious about breath-work and meditation (beginner or experienced are welcome)
  • People looking for a consistent, in-person community around wellbeing

What to expect:

  • A warm, judgment-free room of like-minded people
  • Real pranayama techniques rooted in the yogic tradition
  • Quiet time to sit together, something most of us don't get enough of
  • Optional light sharing at the end for those who want to connect

What to bring: Comfortable clothes you can sit and breathe in, a water bottle, and an open mind.

No experience necessary. If you can breathe, you can practice.
