Real Estate and Stock Investment

Details

Do you work in tech and have stock in that company? Have you considered diversifying into other stocks or buying a house?

Come join us for our monthly tech Investing event this Thursday November 3rd from 7-8pm. This event is catered toward local tech employees who would like to learn the pros and cons of buying Real Estate in the Seattle Market and how to take advantage of their employee compensation plans (RSUs, bonuses, etc) to purchase a home in this competitive market. We will also be discussing real estate as a comparison to diversifying in the stock market.

Drinks will be provided as part of the event. We will be hosting the meeting at the main conference room at Onni Apartments located at 130 Boren Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109.

We will have a short presentation and allow for plenty of Q/A with our panel of experts. Our panel consists of a Real Estate Agent, a Mortgage Loan Officer, and a Financial Advisor.

Mortgage loan officer: Has worked at Microsoft, Google, and Meta. Specialties include: dealing with RSUs, fitting real estate investments into a larger plan, helping new graduates and immigrants build their credit.

Real estate agent: Is a Seattle native who has been selling Real Estate in Seattle for the past 8 years. He lives and works in South Lake Union so has experience working with many tech workers and investors looking to enter the Seattle Real Estate Market.

Financial Advisor: Specializing in working with employees of technology companies with a focus on improving the tax-efficiency of their investments. Specialties include: allocating vested stock and ESPP optimally, increasing brokerage account, Roth/IRA and 401(k) account efficiency, diversification and customization to a client's unique risk tolerance.

All 3 of our panelists have worked extensively with tech clients in Seattle. We understand the nuanced situations our clients face such as complex tax situations, complex vesting schedules, etc.

You can park in the garage or on the street if they’re are any open spaces. Ask the receptionist if you have any issues finding us or call/text me: Teo Okamura (206) 578-1744 or Max Spector ‪(425) 298-6453‬
