We’re teaming up with one of our favorite Capitol Hill bars to spotlight Patrimonio Suyus (a new Peruvian pisco we’re incredibly excited about) which is a Double Gold–winning spirit made for classic cocktail lovers and thoughtful, evolved pours. Whether you’re new to pisco or deeply fluent, there’s something here for you.

The evening will include a look at pisco itself, along with the story behind Patrimonio Suyus, founded by Capitol Hill native Adam Weintraub.
