The new resident will be Seattle's own Kuma Coffee.

To launch their residence, Kuma is throwing a Halloween Dance Party on Friday, October 25, and you're invited! Come ready to dance, have fun and enjoy good bites and drinks. Costumes not required, but encouraged! Arrive by 7:50 PM to snag a raffle ticket.

We may have a few extra tickets for Coffee Club members. We'll share those on a first come first serve basis.
