It's time. It's time to put on your fancy clothes, and go to Canlis. They will serve 3+ courses, plus the fan-favorite salad that's been on the menu since the 50s.
Notes
- We have a reservation for 8 people. $100 deposit per person has been paid.
- Price per person is ~$260 = course menu ($180) + Canlis salad ($20) + 20% service charge ($40) + tax (~$20). Drinks will be extra.

Our pizza night series returns! Let us go check out this Pizza Ritual and Pancita collabration. Apologies, I was not on my game and got a VERY late reservation, for 4 people only. Preorder was required; got 3 pizzas (10"). We get to choose there.
- Mushroom & Mole: Oaxacan mole negro, maitake mushrooms, quesillo, pickled onions, cotija, sesame seed *G,SE,N,D,V
- A La Veracruzana: apricot salsa veracruzana, basil, anchovy, castevetrano, hazelnut *G,N
- Suadero: Pure Country Farms brisket, salsa verde, white onion, cilantro, Ferndale Farm mozzarella *G,D
- Pepperoni con Piña: recado negro pineapple, pepperoni, Ferndale Farm mozzarella, tomato sauce, serrano, served with a side salsa blanca *G,D

- Bungalow 22Kenney Triangle, Opposite to Whole Foods, Seattle, WA
Bungalow 22 is an Indian food popup, all the way from Toronto. My understanding is that the host moved here. Let's go check out their first event in the PNW. I believe it will be a 4-course menu. Everyone will dine together at a communal table.
We have a reservation for 4 people. Drinks are included. I got 3 tickets with alcohol drinks ($125) and 1 with non-alcohol drinks ($95).

- La LobaLa Loba, Seattle, WA
La Loba opened recently with much hype, in part due to the James Beard Awards-nominated head chef having worked at Michelin 3 star restaurants including El Bulli. I think the menu is mostly tapas and shared plates, which will be perfect for us.
