Joule is serving a special beef omakase menu on this day. I am told it is a 7-dish menu that is meant to serve 3-4 people. We will order from the regular menu as well. This beef special is first-come-first-serve; I have messaged them to let them know we will be ordering it. Let us go try this out!

- Sushi Suzuki ($234)Sushi Suzuki, Seattle, WA
Sushi Suzuki opened in Madison Park in 2023 after the chef's stops at Shiro's (back when Kashiba used to run that) and Sushi Kashiba. Obviously, this isn't a new opening but I've been wanting to do a comparison after a few sushi meals in town this year.
We can expect approx. 20 courses for this omakase meal. I went with a 4-person reservation because a larger party is REQUIRED to spend $50+ per person on drinks. For better conversations, we have a table seating as opposed to the counter / bar.

- Base price is $180 per person. Including tax and 20% tip is $234. $100 deposit per person has been paid.

Ramie was tied for most votes in our "return visit" survey from earlier this year. So, this has been on my radar, then I saw this event on their reservation website. I'm guessing it is going to be a fancy version of the bò 7 món... Only one way to find out.

Was limited to 4 people for the reservation. I'll ask to increase but... chances are low to be honest.
