While not a new opening, Paju moved to a new location, I believe last year. They have also updated their menu a bit. Hope you'll join us for an evening with very good modern Korean food.

- Off Alley @ Copine ($195)Copine, Seattle, WA
Off Alley and Copine are serving collaboration dinners in a "home and away" fashion, once at Off Alley and once at Copine. Details are TBD; expect 5 courses. I will update this event as I receive more information.
This tasting menu will be served at the bar at Copine. Hope you'll join us for this unique collaboration event.

- We have a reservation for 4 people. Reservation start time may change slightly; I was given window of 7:30 - 7:45 for now.
- Must be 21+ years of age.
