Sushi Suzuki ($234)

Sushi Suzuki opened in Madison Park in 2023 after the chef's stops at Shiro's (back when Kashiba used to run that) and Sushi Kashiba. Obviously, this isn't a new opening but I've been wanting to do a comparison after a few sushi meals in town this year.

We can expect approx. 20 courses for this omakase meal. I went with a 4-person reservation because a larger party is REQUIRED to spend $50+ per person on drinks. For better conversations, we have a table seating as opposed to the counter / bar.

• Base price is $180 per person. Including tax and 20% tip is $234. $100 deposit per person has been paid.
