Summer Solstice Supper @ Joule

Some actual(?!) summertime Korean food at Joule on Sunday. Namely, samgyetang (chicken ginseng soup) and konggooksoo (soy noodle soup). Of course, I'm sure there will be a spin on these comfort food dishes.

Compressed watermelon, halloumi, pine nut, shiso
Smoked salmon tataki, citrus creme fraiche, garlic scape
Brick "Samgyetang", ginseng, jujube
"Kong guksu", buckwheat, soybean, jammy egg
Sujeonggwa tres leches, makgeolli sorbet, plum

Frankly, was planning on solo dining. Couple members expressed interest so I did get a group reservation after all. 👊

• We have a reservation for 4 people.
• Total price per person excluding drink is ~$80 = $60 + ~$13 service charge (22%) + ~$7 tax.
