Sincere apologies for yet another meat-centric Korean meal. Haven't tried it at Revel, yet, so I'm going to check out this menu they are serving this Friday only. Wasn't sure how much interest there would be so I got a reservation for 4.

Triple garlic pork belly 6oz
Spicy gochujang pork collar 6oz
Icy Korean Kimchi soba with jammy egg and cucumber
Classic Korean BBQ fixin’s (lettuce basket, ssamjang, sesame oil, chili, garlic)
Spicy soy onion and daikon pickle
