Crab Boil @ Revel ($134)

We went to a crab special menu earlier this year. Thanks to great company, I had a good time. Personally, though, the food was meh, for me. I hope this will replace that memory with a more tasty evening.

Summer lettuce salad, miso corn, roasted pepper lime vinaigrette
Hawaiian roll, crab paste butter
Revel’s Dungeness crab noodle with red curry sauce and seaweed noodle
Crab boil, half a large Dungeness crab per person
Classic crab boil fixin’s (corn, kielbasa, shrimp, clams, mussels, potato) with chili crisp and scallion butter
Rice congee with crab boil broth, crunch shallot, summer hearbs, served with kimchi
