Chef's Choice @ Beast & Cleaver ($330)

On Thursdays-Saturdays, Beast & Cleaver offers 5-course tasting menu, what they call The Peasant. For 2 nights in December, a special version is offered, "celebrating the best of 2025" by owner / head chef Kevin Smith, which isn't always the case. For example, I have been to Beast & Cleaver 3 times and have not yet tried his cooking.

$330 💸 includes 5 courses, tax and 22% service charge. What I don't know yet is if drinks are included in that figure. The event description reads as if drinks are included but I was asked to select between base ($50), elevated ($100) or no pairing. I have reached out for confirmation and will comment when I find out.
