We are all struggling with the horrors that are unfolding in the world- genocide raging on our phones, pedophiles running all of our governments, fascism bearing down hard on the USA. Not enough people are discussing the complex emotions of this and there is too much suppression and avoidance going on. This has led to massive cognitive dissonance and denial in society and that is very, very bad.

In order to heal, we've got to be expressing our emotions and talking about these painful issues. That's what we will do.
