Cookbook and Kitchen Supplies Swap Party "Gift-Away"

Do you have a lot of wonderful cookbooks, kitchen supplies and tools that you don't use much, have thought about gifting them to others, but only to those who would really appreciate them? Or are you on the lookout for special curated foodie things to add to your own cooking and kitchen collection and you're holding out for great finds? Let's get together and swap these precious resources!

How it works: bring as many things as you'd like to give away. They can include gadgets, small appliances tools, cutlery, cutting boards, kitchen linens, unopened non-perishable foodstuffs, and other items (if you're not sure, ask me!). Nothing broken or in need of repair please. Bring plenty of containers (boxes and bags) for the things you plan to take home with you.

We'll organize everything into a shopping/swapping area, then peruse, and those who join will take as much of what they want from the available items. If there are multiple people who want a specific item, you can Rock-Paper-Scissors or draw straws for it. Or cage fight for it if you must. Bottom line, the idea is to make this a fun community exchange experience, so no squabbling allowed.

If you don't have things to gift away and want to simply collect things from this event, great! Simply bring a small snack or beverage to share and a good attitude.

Note that anything leftover/unclaimed at the end of the evening will need to go back home with you. If you've decided that you want to part with some of your items permanently, I will be providing a list of local donation spots.
