The World Central Kitchen Cookbook

Details
The World Central Kitchen Cookbook: Feeding Humanity, Feeding Hope is a testament to the power of food to heal and unite. It’s the story of World Central Kitchen, founded by chef and humanitarian José Andrés, whose dedication to feeding those in crisis has earned him numerous accolades, including the National Humanities Medal.
This book is a collective effort, featuring recipes and stories from WCK's global network of chefs, volunteers, and supporters. With contributions from Sam Chapple-Sokol, a foreword by Stephen Colbert, and recipes from talents like Marcus Samuelsson and Ayesha Curry, it’s a diverse culinary journey.
Inside, you'll find more than just recipes; you’ll discover stories of resilience and hope, proving that food can be a powerful force for good. A New York Times bestseller and recipient of the 2023 James Beard Foundation Award for Best International Cookbook, The World Central Kitchen Cookbook supports WCK’s mission, with all proceeds dedicated to nourishing communities worldwide.
