Details

Let's dive into the detail of making incredible, confirming bowls of Ramen.

Sho Spaeth takes their knowledge of Ramen and compile the academy of knowledge into one book! The main elements of a ramen, according to Sho, are broth, noodles, tare, oil, and toppings.

For our potluck, please choose a recipe from Homemade Ramen by Sho Spaeth. As a group, we will work together to compile a tasty menu of all the ramen elements. This requires a bit more coordination than the average potluck, hence the smaller group size.

Let us know what ramen elements you plan to bring in the comments for this event. Be aware that approaching the week of the potluck, any guest that hasn't stated their ramen elements will be removed from the event to allow someone from the wait-list to participate.

The target number of attendees is 10.

We love welcoming new folks to the group, and ask that you only RSVP for this event if you fully plan to show up. If fate deems you must change your plans, please update your RSVP ASAP, so other members have time to join and to prepare for the potluck.

Please do not join the waitlist unless you plan to be ready to take up the opportunity to join us when it arises.

You need to be able to receive Meetup emails or you will miss important messages. Please send a direct message if you have specific questions or concerns.

I ask that guests to my home have their true identity in their member profile - a photograph that looks like you and a name you prefer to be called.
