Join our first peer-led gathering for South Asian/Desi-identifying women in Seattle navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, cultural stress, and migration-related challenges. This introductory circle is a gentle, confidential space to meet other women, share stories, learn group guidelines, and try simple peer-support practices.
What we’ll do:

  • Brief introductions & group agreements
  • Short check-ins (no pressure to share)
  • Themed prompt + small breakout pairs for listening and reflection
  • Resource-sharing, safety protocol overview, and next-steps for future meetings

Logistics:

  • Who: Desi-identifying women (18+), Seattle area
  • Size: under 20 people
  • Length: 90 mins
  • Frequency: This is the kickoff — group will meet biweekly going forward
  • Cost: Free / donation-based;
  • Format: In-person

Safety & boundaries:

  • Peer support only — not therapy or clinical advice
  • Confidentiality and group agreements required
  • Brief intake form required before first meeting to ensure safety and fit
  • If someone is in crisis, we’ll provide referrals and follow emergency protocols
