This is a peer support circle for South Asian women to connect, share experiences, and build community around mental health and everyday life challenges.

Whether you’re joining for the first time or returning, you’re very welcome.

The session will include light structure with guided prompts, space to share what you’ve been navigating, and a gentle reflection round on what has been helping.

This is a peer-led space focused on listening and shared experiences. It is not therapy, and there is no pressure to share. You can participate in whatever way feels comfortable.

The goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where we can show up as we are and feel a little less alone.
