Discussion of essay on effective altruism

Based on my training in economics and experience in nonprofit management, I have written an essay on how the theory and practice of effective altruism could be improved--how to retain the core values but make it more "effective" and relevant to more people. This activity will discuss the essay, which is about 3500 words and will be distributed in advance to attendees, and hopefully help improve it prior to submission for publication as well as providing a stimulating evening of discussion.
