What we’re about
We are a community of people learning and sharing different energy approaches for body, mind, and spiritual transformation for happiness, health, success, and enlightenment. Our aim is to grow individually and to help create a more mindful society. At our meetings, we explore ways to expand our potential using various modalities, such as Qigong, EFT/Tapping, Matrix Reimprinting, sound healing, breathwork, and meditation. We respect and learn from various spiritual and healing traditions as well as from the latest science, but we do not subscribe or endorse any specific religion/doctrine. We welcome open-minded and open-hearted individuals from all faiths and cultures.
