Fashion District NW is excited to offer the Runway Photography Workshop in partnership with the 2025 Couture and Cars Fashion Show.
Fashion District NW is excited to offer the Runway Photography Workshop in partnership with the 2025 Couture & Cars Fashion Show.
This workshop will teach photographers of all levels how to shoot a runway fashion show.
The workshop will be held on Saturday, July 12th from 10 am-12:30 pm at the Summit Salon Academy. At a rate of $169 (+Tax & Eventbrite Fees), attendees will gain a wide array of knowledge from seasoned professionals in the fashion industry and get a live runway practice session with professional models on the day of the workshop. Workshop attendees will also get a photographer media pass to shoot at the 2025 Couture & Cars Fashion Show on Saturday, July 19th (www.coutureandcars.com).

Photographers will be participating in a live runway practice session in which we will be using models from the show to help you sharpen your skills.
Attendees will be emailed a list of recommended photography gear to bring to the workshop.
The Photography Runway Workshop is sponsored by the Summit Salon Academy.
Space is limited as we can only accommodate 16 attendees.

David Bailey has been a fashion photographer for over 14 years and shot over 50 runway shows including; FashioNXT, Vancouver Fashion Week, Fashion First, Fashion Week at the Bellevue Collection, and many more throughout the Northwest. David is also the founder of Fashion District NW, which produces the Couture & Cars Fashion Show, Fashion in Flight, and Fashion is ART.
Jared Ribic has been a fashion photographer for over 13 years and shot over 80 runway shows including: FashioNXT, Couture & Cars, Fashion in Flight, Seattle Fashion Week, Miami Swim Week, and Fort Lauderdale Fashion Week. Jared has been the lead photographer for Fashion District NW and part of their senior staff, since 2017.
