About us

Fellas Night In exists to improve men’s mental health and shift the narrative from “what’s wrong with men” to “what’s possible with men”. Fellas Night In flips the script of the traditional "guys night"—same camaraderie, but without the real-talk dodgeball. We meet on the First Tuesday of every month to experience inclusive, judgement-free community, have open and honest conversations, challenge harmful systems, and build a healthier model of masculinity. February Fellas Night In

The Fashion Collaboratory, 2917 Rainier Ave S Suite 104, Seattle, WA, US

Fellas Night In is a new community in Seattle kicking off with meetups every first Tuesday next to the Mt. Baker Station. Think of it like guys night, but without the real-talk dodgeball. It exists to improve men’s mental health and shift the narrative from “what’s wrong with men” to “what’s possible with men”. We'll chat about present-day masculinity, share our our challenges and struggles, confront harmful systems, and discuss ways to create healthier models of masculinity—without getting hit over the head with it. Dad jokes are welcome, as are your hot takes and the hills you'll die on (like whether Die Hard is a Christmas movie and who the best TV dad of all-time is). A community like this feels more important now that ever.

Where we'll meet: Next to Mt. Baker Station at the The Fashion Collaboratory. There will be drinks, water and coffee, but you're welcome to bring your own as long as it's not alcohol.

About the community: This space is for anyone and everyone—college students wondering what kind of man they want to become, men who are knee-deep in the grind of work and family, mid-lifers who want to untangle old patterns, and recent retirees who are eager for community. Men, nonbinary individuals, and LGBTQ+ community, you are welcome here. I'm adamant about creating an inclusive, non-religious, judgement-free space where men and those who may identify as men can come together to share their struggles, learn from others, challenge systems like patriarchy, and step into a healthier version of masculinity.

About your host, Spencer: Born and raised in small-town North Carolina, I've spent the last 15 years on the West Coast. I'm a little bit of everything—a writer, photographer, a drink maker and amateur chef, outdoorsy when it's not a sufferfest, and a Positive Psychology grad. I'm adamant about building connections and creating new, healthier ways of being in relationships to ourselves and each other.
