The Five Elements 4th Weds Night Dance Ecstatic Dance DJ Zondo aka Jon Elizondo

Spirit, Air, Fire, Earth, Water. We are all alive because of these elements. We are these elements, and they are us.

This dance is a freestyle dance similar to an ecstatic dance format with no talking during the dance, no requirements for movement, no instructions or choreography, and time for moving Your Way.

No one needs to know how to dance, only an interest in expressing yourself in authentic movement.

Music will begin slow, rise to a peak in the middle, and climb back down to a quiet end. This is a dance journey lasting 80 mins and includes aspects of all the elements, whether with sound or lyrics.

Dancers may be barefoot or wear shoes. most dancers wear comfortable yoga style clothing good for moving easily.

Sliding scale $15-$25 per person. Pay at the door: Cash, Venmo or PayPal (no credit cards).

This event is a part of Bliss Dance, offering a standing DJ every Wednesday at the Russian Community Culture Center all of whom have unique styles and music selections. Every Bliss Dance is a freestyle dance.

Five Elements with DJ-Zondo is every fourth Wednesday.
