Track practices are open to all Seattle Frontrunners club members, whether you want to enjoy the camaraderie of the track crew, improve your speed, prepare for competition, or just introduce some variety into your running routine.

Recommended workouts are designed to be flexible and adjustable. Please note that these workouts are optional, though, and you are welcome to do any workout you choose! Every start of the week, they will be posted on our Tuesday Track thread on Heylo.

Usually, we meet at the Roosevelt High School track near the Roosevelt Link Light Rail station, but depending on events, location may change. Check Heylo for details.
