We start by drinking Cacao which has been used for centuries to heal the mental, physical and spiritual body. It is a natural and ancient plant medicine, with a high concentration of vitamins, minerals and is a powerful antioxident.
We combine this with a 5000 year old ancient breathing meditation that is a very cleansing meditation used by yogis in India to wash out hidden emotions stuck in the body and open to higher states of consciousness.
We will also be using an Ajna Light which is a high intensity flickering light that entrains brainwaves and encourages pineal gland activation. When this gland is stimulated it induces deep states of healing, relaxation, and transcendental experiences.
