Snow Lake & Gem Lake Hike (Optional)

Join me for a hike to stunning Snow Lake with an optional extension to Gem Lake!

📍 Hike Details

• Main Trail: Snow Lake via Snow Lake Trail
• 6.4 miles roundtrip | 1,686 ft elevation gain
• Optional Extension: Gem Lake via Snow Lake Trail
• 9.7 miles roundtrip | 2,683 ft elevation gain
• Difficulty: Moderate
• Pass Required: NW Forest Pass or America the Beautiful

🚗 Schedule & Meeting

• 7:00 AM - Meet at Green Lake P&R
• 7:15 AM - Depart for North Bend (quick coffee stop)
• 8:45 AM - Arrive at Snow Lake Trailhead
• 9:00 AM - Start hiking
• ~5:00 PM - Return to Seattle

🎒 Gear Notes

• Hiking poles highly recommended
• Bring microspikes for possible snow
• Sturdy hiking boots + Standard day hike essentials + extra layers

💰 Cost Sharing

• 3 riders: $15/person
• 2 riders: $20/person
