Spring is a time of cleansing, new beginnings, balance, & growth. In Ayurveda, spring is also the time for detoxification. Join this meditative & energetic spring cleanse as the archetypal sounds of the five Ayurveda elements wash over you.

Enjoy a deeper physical release as Leiloni leads a simple yin yoga sequence to begin this special occasion (no Yoga experience necessary, all levels are welcome).

Summer Love will be your guide for the evening, bathing the group in the rejuvenating sound waves of crystal quartz singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, monochord, various chimes, ocean drum, rain percussion, tuning forks, bells, & more. Each instrument embodies an Ayurvedic element of earth, water, fire, air, or ether.
