A new meetup group that focuses on ragtime, jazz, stride, boogie woogie, and blues is going to perform at the Black and Tan Hall, in Seattle, on May 10th. from 4 to 6 pm. This is a wonderful opportunity to hear to some of the greatest American music from the early 20th century. Located at 5608 Rainier Ave. S. the Black and Tan Hall is an outstanding venue with a grand piano and excellent sound system.
If you have a ragtime, stride, jazz, boogie woogie, or blues piece you'd like to perform on the piano, organizer Marc Sachnoff would love to have you come and play.
Of course you're welcome to come, relax, and listen for a small guest fee of just as a guest $5.00.
