Beer + Yoga @ Postdoc Brewing

The morning begins with an hour long, all levels, Yoga practice. Immediately following our practice we will move to the bar for a pint of your favorite Postdoc brew. Leave your worries at the door, get your body in motion, taste some of the Eastside's finest craft beer, and get to know your community.
