KNIME and ImageJ2: Flexible, powerful image analysis for large datasets

At this meetup Kevin Eliceiri (University of Wisconsin) (https://loci.wisc.edu/people/kevin-eliceiri) will introduce ImageJ2 (https://imagej.net), FIJI (http://fiji.sc) and the “ImageJ Ecosystem” as a suite of interoperable, customizable open source software tools. Christian Dietz (KNIME) will discuss KNIME Image Processing (http://knime.imagej.net), an extension of KNIME Analytics Platform, for processing large multidimensional image datasets, and show how it seamlessly integrates with the ImageJ ecosystem.
For those who are new to KNIME Analytics Platform (https://www.knime.org/), Christian will give an overview of the platform and its capabilities at 2 PM.
This meetup is open to everyone interested in image analysis in the life sciences, KNIME Analytics Platform, KNIME Image Processing, ImageJ2 and FIJI.

The DMC was created by the Center on Human Development and Disability and the Virginia Merrill Bloedel Hearing Research Center.
