Growing a Lisp with Kotlin

Esteban Ginez wanted to explore some of the features of Kotlin by writing a toy implementation of Lisp. The implementation is heavily based on Peter Norvig's own How to write a lisp interpreter in Python (http://norvig.com/lispy.html).

Esteban is a Principal Engineer at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and the lead maintainer for the Go SDK for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. He spends most of his time thinking about how to make web services more intuitive.
